Appointment Policies

Cancellation Policy
No charge if you cancel your appointment 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. No charge if you reschedule your appointment at a different time on the same day, scheduling permitting.

Same day cancellations will be charged a full appointment fee. You will be personally responsible for this charge. This charge will not be billed to nor paid for by your insurance company. We reserve the right to refuse to schedule future appointments until the fee is paid.

Late Arrivals
1) If you are late for your appointment, we reserve the right to shorten the appointment time in order to stay on schedule. Depending upon how late you arrive, we will determine if there is enough time remaining to start your Acupuncture treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the full treatment session.

 

2) If there is opening on the same day, you can have the full session length originally booked, yet you will need to pay an extra fee for the time you were late.

For example, if you are 30 minutes late, there will be an additional Extended Time Fee added to the full service fee.

Extended Time Fee due to Late Arrival
15 minutes: $30
30 minutes: $60
45 minutes: $90
60 minutes: Full

3)  If there is no opening on the day, you will pay in full for your missed session and reschedule. 

4)  If you miss an appointment, and come later the same day, you’ll get charged both for the missed and the full session.

5) If we need to reschedule, you will be considered a same day cancellation and will be charged full. You will be personally responsible for this charge. This charge will not be billed to nor paid for by your insurance company. We reserved the right to refuse to schedule future appointments until the fee is paid.

No-show
If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment or do not provide a 24 hours cancellation notice will be considered a no-show and you will be charged a full appointment fee. You will be personally responsible for this charge. This charge will not be billed to nor paid for by your insurance company. We reserved the right to refuse to schedule future appointments until the fee is paid.

Package Duration Policy: Packages must be used within 12 months from date of purchase unless otherwise agreed to other terms before the package was purchased. Package refunds will be prorated at the single treatment fee for each treatment used.
