In my last conversation, I discussed Auricular Acupuncture using seeds or beads, which is one of the safest self-care practices you can do at home. Today, I’m excited to introduce you to another method called EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) or “Tapping”. The best part is, you don’t need any special tools – just your fingers!

EFT Tapping involves stimulating acupuncture points to release emotions. When I first heard about this method, I admit I had my doubts. It was right after I became a licensed acupuncturist, and I thought, “Can tapping on acupuncture points really make a difference?” Well, I was pleasantly surprised. Nowadays, this simple technique has gained immense popularity in the U.S. for immediately relieving emotional stress.

My “aha” moment with EFT Tapping came in February 2020. I was feeling incredibly nervous and anxious about a project I was working on. By chance, I stumbled upon a webinar about EFT and decided to give it a try. To my amazement, after just one round of tapping, the tightness in my chest vanished, and I felt remarkably relaxed. From then on, I regularly used tapping to calm myself throughout the project.

Then, a month later, the pandemic struck, and many of my patients were overwhelmed with anxiety and panic. I shared this effective method with them through emails and videos. Almost like magic, everyone felt a positive shift in their energy levels after just a few rounds of tapping.

Today, I’m thrilled to introduce you to Deanna, my EFT instructor, who has been providing me with invaluable support. She’s hosting a FREE class in just two days, and I’d love for you to join. You can register for her class by clicking on the link below:
